Mark really is one of a kind, just ask his friends and family, they’ll happily confirm it. But jokes aside, what truly sets Mark apart is that both his head and his heart are firmly in the right place. Once you get to know him, any nerves quickly disappear as he puts you at ease with his natural warmth, straight talking approach, and unmistakable Valleys charm.
He has a way of making even the most daunting mortgage conversations feel relaxed, friendly, leaving clients confident they’re in very safe hands. When he’s not helping clients navigate the world of mortgages & Protection, Mark is usually out walking his four-legged friend, Tilly, with his family.
He’s a big fan of eating out taking care to find good Gluten-Free options (or just sipping a good coffee), kicking back in front of the TV to watch Liverpool test his patience, and following Formula 1 religiously - making sure he doesn’t miss a single lap, let alone a dramatic overtake.

As the business continued to grow, Nicola officially joined the team in 2024, and quickly became indispensable. With over 20 years of teaching experience, she’s exceptionally organised and has a well-earned reputation for keeping Mark in check.
Nicola takes charge of the endless (and often boring) admin, providing invaluable support behind the scenes. Quite simply, “Nic” is the essential cog that keeps the whole business running smoothly.
